Mihaela had graduated Law School in 2002, and subsequently a master programme in public policies and European integration. Mihaela is a member of Bucharest Bar Association, as definitive lawyer. She is currently pursuing a PhD degree at the University of Bucharest’s Law School.

Her areas of expertise are consultancy and legal representation in corporate, labour, intellectual property, European Union and insolvency law, as well as in fiscal and administrative contentious matters.

Mihaela Vrabie has also written two books of legal comments on Romania’s new Civil Code and on the 2011 amendments to the country’s Labour Code.
