He had graduated Law School in 2001, and subsequently post-graduate studies in private law. Liviu is a member of Bucharest Bar Association, as definitive lawyer.

He has over ten years experience in commercial, corporate, capital markets and real estate law, as well as in commercial and civil litigation. Liviu specializes in commercial and capital markets law, commercial and civil litigation, fiscal and administrative contentious matters, as well as in insolvency law and foreclosure procedures.

Liviu Niță has also written two books of legal comments on Romania’s new Civil Code and on the 2011 amendments to the country’s Labour Code.
